Depending on your use case & business needs, we offer a few different options for mass texting.
- The SMS Marketing Wizard allows you to send a personalized text to up to 1,000 recipients at a time. Perfect for things like appointment reminders & and marketing promotions. For more information, click here.
- Distribution lists allow you to send a single text to a designated group of recipients – up to 99 contacts at a time. This is most often used for employee notifications & annoucements, like an office closing or storm warning. For more information, click here.
- Email-to-Text (up to 10 recipients at a time) allows you to send a single text to up to 10 recipients at a time directly from your email client. This is the only mass texting option available to Solo Plan subscribers. For more information, click here.
As with all of your text conversations, mass texts are delivered to each recipient individually, creating a 1:1 conversation that is private and easy to manage; just like when you BCC (blind carbon copy) a group of contacts on an email.
