Here are some of the most popular reports:  - **Opt-Out Report: **tells you who has 'opted out' of text communications from anyone within your organization. Remember, this is shared company wide.  - **Message Summary Report: **shows how many texts each user sends or receives over a certain period of time.  - **Message Detail Report: **shows the conversation history for a specific user, over a certain period of time. You can even filter by a recipient's number or sender's number.  - **SMS Wizard Schedule Report**: gives you confirmation of delivery for your Wizard (mass text) jobs.
