Microsoft 365 Contacts - Integration Overview

The Microsoft 365 Contacts integration automatically populates contact details from the connected Microsoft account.

Installation Methods

  1. Click the "Install" button on the Microsoft Contacts integration.

  2. Next, choose the option from the dropdown.

  3. Click the “Click to install” button to launch the sign-in page to authenticate and authorize the app with your Microsoft account.

  4. Accept the permissions on Microsoft pop-up.

  5. You will be redirected back to the application where the installation will complete.

Note: Contacts will begin synchronizing after the sending or receipt of a message.
